The mistake you can’t commit again.

The first thing we tend to do in these cases is looking for a plumbing service number online, not being sure what we’re going to find. We’ve all read bloggers stories that seem to be straight from a horror story:

“He left the arrangement halfway and now I have to find another repair technician”

“I was charged more than what we agreed”

“He arrived 2 hours late and he didn’t even solve the problem”

I simply couldn’t trust a stranger, I really hesitated when it came to hire a person I didn’t know. I didn’t want someone random to come into my house and much less, someone that couldn’t even get the work done. I decided to contact my friends so they could recommend people they trusted, until a friend who had already had a similar emergency, recommended Jose, the expert plumber. As soon as I called him, he came all the way to my house and helped me solve the problem. Now every time I need a repair I know I can count on him. I like knowing I can work with people I already know and recommend them to my network of contacts.

It doesn’t matter if I’m looking for a nanny, a plumber, a carpenter or a maid, whenever I need to hire a service, I do it through recommendations from my friends and people I know, to make sure I hire a trustworthy expert.
