Six steps to burning more fat

Fat is a headache for everyone and especially for women after a certain age. In arms, abs or legs, this annoying problem appears much easier than it goes away. This is why we are going to tell you six simple steps to burn more fat.

 

  1. Drink lots of water

Water is the vital element for our body. But we do not need just to stay alive, water is also very important to remove fat. Drinking plenty of water will improve your liver’s ability to mobilize accumulated fat. When you do not consume enough water, the kidneys fail to do this process properly and the process of burning fats is less efficient. Drinking water will also increase the number of calories you burn by raising your energy expenditure level at rest and giving you a sense of satiety. Depending on your level of physical activity, you should drink at least two litters of water a day.

  1. Get enough sleep

You will hear many times that a person must sleep at least eight hours a day. And indeed, if you want to lose weight or burn fat, that’s what you should do. The explanation is that when sleep is restricted, levels of ghrelin increase, a hormone that stimulates hunger and reduces energy expenditure, in addition to promoting fat retention. Sleeping well and enough will help you with this process and also keep you with enough energy to do the physical exercise you need.

  1. Follow an exercise plan that mixes aerobics and weights

This is one of the most important steps. Although the food ingested is extremely relevant, it will be the exercise that helps us eliminate the unwanted fat. To achieve this, we recommend that you consult with a specialist. A personal trainer can draw the right exercise plan for your body and achieve a bigger fat burning. It will not work if you only perform aerobic exercises like running or swimming. You should mix with exercises that involve weights or use the same weight of your body to burn more fat and get in shape. Be careful to execute them incorrectly and suffer an injury or lose your time without obtaining the expected results, better ask to an expert and achieve your goals.

  1. Do cardiovascular exercise before having breakfast

Get up and exercise. Why? Then when you wake up your body has no more carbohydrates to go to so you will start burning body fat with exercise. It is important that the exercise does not last more than 30 or 45 minutes and ideally it is only aerobic. And remember, once finished you should get breakfast and never skip it. Scrambled eggs, fruits and oats will be the ideal breakfast to recover your body and burn the fat you are looking for.

  1. Follow a balanced diet, including carbohydrates

Food will very important to burn the fat you seek. You do not need to eliminate all fats, all sugars and especially all carbohydrates. Your body needs some foods precisely to perform the digestion of them. It is important that you ingest the proper nutrients. Fruit, vegetables, cereals, and slow-acting carbohydrates will be key to a balanced diet. Also, a high protein intake is important for the recovery of your muscles, especially after exercise. Finally, do not remove fats, you should know which ones to consume. Healthy fats from Omega 3 in fish, avocado or olive oil will be equally important to get the right balance.

  1. That your last meal is three hours before bed

This step is very important and makes a lot of sense. If you dine and go to bed, your body will perform the digestion process while you are in complete rest. That is why if you eat a lot before bed, for example, fried, fats and sugars, your body will absorb these elements that will become into the unwanted fat. This is why it is advisable to dine at least three hours before bed, so your body performs a correct digestion, and better yet if you go out for a 30-minute walk.
