Tinkerlink en el Top5 de la Europe Conference de StartUp Grind
Esta semana, estuvimos participando en la Clase Global del Programa de Startups que se realizó durante la Europe Conference 2018 de StartUp Grind en Londres.
Este programa representa a una clase exclusiva de empresas en etapas pre-seed y seed y reconoce a las top 20 startups que fueron seleccionadas de entre miles de compañías participantes de más de 100 ciudades de Europa, Asia y África.
¿Cómo se escogen a los mejores?
Derek Andersen, fundador y CEO de Startup Grind explicó así cómo se llevo a cabo el proceso de selección:
“Nuestra clase de nuevas empresas tiene un talento increíble, potencial, tecnología disruptiva y grandes mercados de oportunidad».
Al trabajar con ellos, nuestro objetivo es ayudar a que estas Startups alcancen el siguiente nivel de innovación, intención estratégica y crecimiento”
El evento que se llevó a cabo el miércoles 14 de junio en el galardonado lugar de conferencias y eventos Central Hall Westminster, contó con más de 75 oradores, conferencias magistrales, talleres.
Hubo una ronda de preguntas y respuestas con importantes VC’s que resaltaron los temas claves de este año: Future of Tech (AI / AR / Robotics), Financiamiento (paisaje de VC en Europa y sus alrededores) y Fintech (+ Blockchain), además de la presencia de los 20 finalistas del programa de Start Ups.
Como parte de los finalistas tuvimos acceso a mentores, inversores y otros recursos dentro de la red expansiva de Startup Grind además de la oportunidad de convivir con el resto de interesantes proyectos.
Fue así como de la mano de nuestra CEO, Diana Daniels pasamos por todas las etapas de este proceso que incluyó todo un día de training en el campus de Google para ser seleccionados dentro del Top 5 junto a Chattermill, VeridenKey y Miigen, y enfrentamos a la corte de StartUps.
El equipo de Seedrs fue el encargado de dar el primer lugar de este programa.
A pesar de no haber sido nosotros no podemos estar más contentos y orgullosos de haber llegado hasta este top y tener la oportunidad además de participar en el evento, conocer grandes proyectos y formar parte de esta gran comunidad.

Last week, TinkerLink participated in the Global Class Startup program that was held during the Europe Conference 2018 of StartUp Grind in London. This program represents an exclusive class of companies in pre-seed and seed stages and recognizes the top 20 startups that were selected from thousands of participating companies in more than 100 cities in Europe, Asia and Africa.
Derek Andersen, founder and CEO of StartUp Grind, explained how the selection process was carried out: “Our class of startups have incredible talent, potential, disruptive technology and big market opportunities. Working with them, our main goal is to help these Startups reach the next level of innovation, strategic intention and growth”.
The event took place on Wednesday, June 14th at the award-winning conference and event venue, Central Hall Westminster, featured more than 75 speakers, master conferences, workshops and a round of questions and answers with important VCs that highlighted this year’s key themes: Future of Tech (AI/AR/ Robotics), Financing (landscape of VC in Europe and its surroundings) and FinTech (+Blockchain) as well as the presence of the 20 startups of the Start Ups program.
As one of the 20 finalists of this program, we had full access to mentors, investors and other resources within the expansive network of Startup Grind. We also had the opportunity to meet and understand the rest of the other interesting projects.
It was, by the hand of our CEO, Diana Daniels, that we went through all the stages of this process that included a full day of training on the Google campus to be selected within the Top 5 with Chattermill, VeridenKey and Miigen and made us faced the StartUps court.
The team of Seedrs was in charge of giving the first place of this program and in spite of not having been us, we are happy and proud to be part of this top 5 and have the opportunity to participate in the event, knowing incredible projects and being part of this great community.
