The past Thursday we were in the 37th Job Fair CDMX which took place in the Sport Palace, this event is one of the biggest events in the country, organized by the National Job Secretary with the aim that all candidates attended in person to receive a personalized attention by the representatives of the companies. If you are looking for a job and missed the fair, this are the pin points you need to know:
More than 100 companies went, between Grupo Posadas, Grupo Bimbo, Alsea, Ocesa, Gin Group, and some others.
600 job applicants were offered for more than 4,000 vacancies, from which from operative to management vacancies were found.
The pay ranges were from $3,400 to $80,000.
The process was simple, you got close to the company you are interested in, the representatives would explain you about the job and you would postulate yourself right there.
More than 10,000 Job hunters made its pre-register in the SNE webpage, more than directly came to the register window at the 7th door of the sport place.
The Representatives of the Self-Employment Encourage were the ones who were key part on the event, making an emphasis in the initiatives of independent occupations and promotion to business incubators that the government has for the entrepreneurs’ hand.
Back to the first point, just in Mexico City there are more than 12 millon independent workers that daily, are looking to develop an activity on their own and have the need to find platforms where their work could be seen and recommended, as well as being able to interact with potential customers.
